Biography
Caroline Prucnal Wallitt has been an associate at Garfunkel, Wild & Travis since 2007. She is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group, which advises clients on a host of litigation issues in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wallitt worked as an associate at Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C., a general practice firm in New York, New York, where she worked on various commercial litigation and products liability matters. In addition, Ms. Wallitt interned with Chief Judge Edward R. Korman in the Eastern District of New York. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Wallitt worked as a consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a bond market business analyst at BondBook, LLC.

Ms. Wallitt received a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1999 and J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2005, where she served as Managing Editor of the University of Illinois Journal of Law, Technology & Policy and received the Rickert Award for Excellence in Legal Publications.
