Biography
Erica M. Misorek is an associate at Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C. which she joined in 2008. As a member of the firm's Business and Healthcare Groups, she advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters. Ms. Misorek's practice primarily focuses on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management and other corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Misorek was an associate at Pryor Cashman LLP in its corporate and securities department. Ms. Misorek was an associate with Kaye Scholer LLP prior to joining Pryor Cashman LLP, where she represented private equity funds, as well as other public and private companies in various transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public securities offerings and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Reporting.
Ms. Misorek received her B.B.A. in Marketing and International Business from The George Washington University in 2000, and her J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 2003 where she served as the Publications Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. |
