Biography
Gregg D. Reisman is a partner at Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C. in New York and a member of the firm’s Health Care, Business, Technology, HIPAA Compliance and Insurance Regulatory practice groups.
Mr. Reisman’s practice focuses on the representation of hospitals, long term care facilities, physicians, other health care providers and health care related entities. He has extensive experience in counseling clients on the legal, regulatory and business issues related to health care services. Mr. Reisman works primarily on health care transactions, regulatory compliance, clinical research, FDA matters, health care payment issues and corporate governance.
Mr. Reisman received his B.A. from Washington University in St. Louis in 1987 and his J.D. in 1991 from Emory University School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Emory Law Journal. Upon graduating from Emory Law School, Mr. Reisman clerked for Judge Joel Dubina, United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Reisman is a member of the American Health Law Association, the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Westchester County Bar Association. Mr. Reisman is the Editor of The Garfunkel, Wild & Travis New York Healthcare Law Bulletin.
