Biography
Justin M. Vogel, an associate at Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C., joined the Firm in 2007 and is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. Vogel's practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution in New York State and federal courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Vogel was an associate in the commercial litigation department of Reisman, Peirez & Reisman, L.L.P. in Garden City, New York from 2003-2007.
Mr. Vogel is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stonybrook (B.A., cum laude, 1999) where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa; Psy Chi National Honor Society in Psychology, the Sigma Beta Honor Society and was President of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law fraternity.
Mr. Vogel received his law degree from St. John's University School of Law, cum laude, in 2002 where he served as the Managing Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review and was the recipient of the Justice Harold Birns Award for the Most Outstanding Published Student Note.
Mr. Vogel is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and sits on the Commercial Litigators and Young Attorneys committees.
