Biography
Michael M. Baruch is an associate at Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C., which he joined in 2008. He is a member of the firm’s Health Care Group, which advises clients on a variety of business, regulatory, and transactional matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Baruch worked for Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in its global finance department.
Mr. Baruch received his B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany in 1996, and his J.D., cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law in 2003.
