Biography
Nicole F. Gade is an associate at Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C., which she joined in 2004. She is a member of the Firm's Discharge Planning Group, which advises clients on health care discharge and confidentiality issues.
Ms. Gade's practice includes medical and psychiatric treatment of objection and retention, guardianships, and health care confidentiality issues for hospitals, nursing homes and other health industry clients.
Her past experience as a staff associate at the Greater New York Hospital Association reflects a blend of public and private service. Ms. Gade worked in an analytical capacity interpreting and informing clients of new or amended legislation or regulations, in addition to acting as a liaison for member hospitals and nursing homes to the City of New York and the State of New York.
Ms. Gade received her B.A. in history from the University of Michigan, her M.P.A. with a concentration in health care financial management from New York University, Wagner School of Public Service, and her J.D. from St. John's University of Law. Ms. Gade was the Associate Notes and Comments Editor for the New York International Law Review. |
