Biography
Raymond P. Mulry is a Partner at Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C., which he joined in 2005. He is a member of the firm’s Business Practice Group, Health Care Law Group and Finance and Real Estate Group.
Mr. Mulry’s practice includes general corporate representation and transactions, primarily for clients in the healthcare industry, including regional and national companies active in diagnostic testing, hospitals, physicians, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician management companies.
Mr. Mulry has extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, as well as corporate finance matters. Additionally, Mr. Mulry regularly advises clients with respect to general corporate matters, including governance, executive employment arrangements, license agreements, structuring entities and preparing shareholder and operating agreements.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mulry practiced in the corporate department at a prominent New York City law firm where he worked on a wide array of corporate transactional matters, with a particular emphasis on representing private equity and other buyout funds in connection with their investments and other activities. |
