Biography
Robert Del Giorno, an associate at Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C., joined the Firm in 2008 and is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Group. Mr. Del Giorno's practice includes all aspects of commercial litigation and Alternate Dispute Resolution in New York State and Federal courts.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Del Giorno served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office gaining significant trial experience. As a member of the Special Victims Bureau, he tried numerous cases involving victims of sex crimes and domestic violence. Before joining the District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Del Giorno was a litigation associate with the law firm of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP in New York City.

Mr. Del Giorno attended Fairfield University where he graduated in 1998 with a B.A. in Economics. He received his law degree from St. John's University School of Law, cum laude, in 2002 where he served as the Managing Editor of the St. John’s Journal of Legal Commentary.
