Biography
Terence A. Russo joined Garfunkel, Wild & Travis, P.C. as an associate in 2000 and is currently a Partner and a member of the firm’s Health Care, HIPAA Compliance and Technology Practice Groups.
Mr. Russo advises health care clients on a wide-variety of commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Russo's practice has included corporate transactions and service agreements for hospitals, nursing homes, health plans, physician groups and other health care clients.
Mr. Russo also provides regulatory analysis and compliance reviews for health care transactions and handles a broad range of commercial transactions regarding the acquisition and distribution of software, hardware and other medical technology rights and products.
He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and American Health Lawyer’s Association.
Mr. Russo received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Dallas in 1995 and his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law in 1998.
